Over our decades of investing experience, we have successfully invested in numerous industries and verticals, but our heart has always been in hospitality. Our current portfolio is comprised of lodging assets in diversified markets across the Midwest. Our target criteria are 50-80 room limited-service hotels in great locations in strong markets across the upper Midwest.
